Who processes your data
Lightman Studio, a brand of Tommy Vasseur, sole trader, 69 rue Danton, 92300 Levallois-Perret, France. Contact: contact@lightmanstudio.com.
What we collect
Your account: email address, password (never readable by us), first name, last name, company, address and country. Your orders: name, email address, billing address and products purchased; payment is handled by Stripe, we never see your card. Your licence: your name and email address are written in the licence file of each plugin. Your reviews: rating, text, displayed name and country. The newsletter: your address, only if you asked for it. Visits: page viewed, country, device type and referring site, with no cookie and no lasting identifier.
Why
To fulfil your order, issue the licence, provide downloads and manage your account (contract). To keep invoices (legal obligation). To secure the site, measure its traffic anonymously, tell you about a new version of what you bought and ask for your review (legitimate interest). To send you the newsletter and our offers (consent, withdrawable in one click).
Who can access it
Only Lightman Studio and its technical providers, each for its task: Stripe (payment and invoices), Supabase (accounts and files), Vercel (site hosting), Resend (sending emails). If you play a video, it is streamed by YouTube (Google), which then receives your IP address; nothing is loaded from YouTube before that click. When you type a postal address in your account, the text you type is sent to the French national address database (IGN) or, for other countries, to Photon (Komoot, OpenStreetMap data) to suggest addresses, with no other data. Some are based outside the European Union; transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Your data is never sold.
How long
Your account: until it is deleted. Invoices: 10 years. Visit measurements: 13 months at most. Reviews: as long as they are published, removed on request. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. A contact without purchase: 3 years after the last exchange.
Cookies
No advertising or audience cookies. Your browser only keeps your language, your cart and your sign-in session, which the site needs to work.

You can access, correct, erase or retrieve your data, object to its processing or ask for it to be restricted, by writing to contact@lightmanstudio.com. Answer within one month. You may also contact the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
